83531 Expl. Dept. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rn.{Mr Robinson}1/MJ. July 19th,1930. Mr. Pass Messrs. Pass & Joyce, Ltd., Euston Road, LONDON. Dear Mr. Pass, I was very sorry to miss you last night but I could not wait as I had a train to catch. I am exceedingly sorry for the inconvenience you must have suffered from the trouble on the 'Marmon' car. We are most indebted to you for lending us this car and we shall be pleased if you will let us have the account for repairing the damage incurred, as naturally we do not wish you to be out of pocket. If you will adress the bill to me at Derby I will deal with the matter. I may be in London next week, and if so shall take the opportunity of calling in at Euston Road again. Yours faithfully, For Rolls-Royce Ltd. | ||
