D/BP6/CW.15.12.25. The new scheme of metal shields for the rear brake countershafts is going round for standardization.

We would recommend that in future where the leather covers burn away on chassis fitted with the present type silencer, we should replace the leather covers with the all-metal type.

The Part List Number for the new all-metal cover is G.6383.

We consider that the replacement should be made against an ATD. number.
