Dear Sirs,

With reference to your 36 D.U.P. carburetter we note, that the starting and slow running devices seem to be confined to one side of the carburetter only. We should like to make sure that we are right and so treat the carburetter intelligently, and therefore if you have a diagramatic sketch of its construction, this will be very useful to us. We observe that there is only one Jet (Gicleur de dep.) size 120. in the carburetter, and we should like your confirmation that this is correct, so that we will not be held up when our induction pipe is finished.

Thanking you for your assistance in this matter.

Yours faithfully,

For Rolls-Royce Ltd.
