Brakes.

We started with a new type of adjustment and had to revert to the Phantom type. This alteration has meant a lot of machining work and small pieces, dies, etc. and is a bigger modification than would appear on the surface.

Gearbox.

Apart from a great many experiments on gear silence, chunking in the drive, etc., on the inside of the gearbox, we have had two types of gearbox mounting. When the mounting is altered it of course means modification to the main gearbox pattern and casting.
