87120. To BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} from E/JNR.{Charles L. Jenner} c. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} E/JNR.{Charles L. Jenner}2/HP.31.12.32. re Continental Phantom II. In reviewing the air intake and breather pipe for the semi-expanding carburetters, we notice that there is no provision for a gauze between the crankcase breather and the air intake. We think an easy way to deal with this is to fit a flame shield at the bottom of the air silencer. We show this on LeC.3330 herewith. E/JNR.{Charles L. Jenner} | ||
