-4- Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Par.1/S.J.S.33. Cont'd.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary} The system which meets all the requirements of the engine is the standard system, with the addition of a light spring to hold the plunger off its seating. This scheme delivers an ample quantity of fuel when required, and for throttle operation of less speed than when accelerating, no fuel is delivered. When accelerating, fuel is delivered only for such time that the rate of throttle operation is in excess of the spring pressure on the plunger. This system is to be fitted to Kestrel 119 and 1031 engines at Brooklands, for flight results. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/G.H.Farmer. | ||
