HIGH SPEED STEERING WOBBLES. H457 We shall be sending you a full report on the tests carried out today. Briefly, the results show that the hydraulic type dampers fitted in place of the standard front shock absorbers are very efficient as regards damping out wobbles. We have not been able to arrive at the condition with the hydraulic damper connected to the steering where we have been able to damp out wobbles without introducing undue friction in the steering.
