Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}3/LG RECEIVED 3rd. June 1920. Messrs. Barkers (Coachbuilders), Olaf Street, Notting Hill, London, N. Dear Sirs, We have now a chassis prepared for the second-hand Cabriolet Body which we arranged to purchase from you. We could send a chassis down early next week. Will you please forward to us an estimate for fixing the Cabriolet Body on to a present standard R-R chassis. The chassis we are sending will have the "B" position of steering and change speed levers. We require the car to have the wings fitted, running boards and valances. Will you please also give us a promise of the time you will require to carry out this work, needless to say we are very anxious to get the Car back again as soon as possible. Yours faithfully, [Footer text, possibly pre-printed on the paper]: R.R. 199 (2501) (SD676 19-7-17) MP180695 | ||
