(8) The wipers were noisy and had a hesitant action, especially at speed. There appeared to be trouble in the motor gearing.

(9) The joints of the inlaid work in some cases were not good.

(10) We are sorry that the front finishers were not made as symmetrically with the window lift handle as the focus.

(12) The black inlay of the interior handles had a very ragged edge.

It will be appreciated that we do not tell you these features wholly as a complaint, but because we believe you would wish to know of them.

We have arranged to cure items (2), (4), (7), and (8) ourselves, but Derby will have consulted you if they have had need to do so.

Do you propose letting Park Ward have the car to deal with (4), (7), and (8) or can you do it.

I believe they still think R.{Sir Henry Royce} went off in it to France - the reason we gave for delivery up to time.
