Wor{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}/Hy{Tom Haldenby - Plant Engineer}2/L22415. 2. I attach hereto a sheet giving the results of various bumping tests all on 2" alternate bumps at 105 revs. per minute. It will be noticed that there is a great improvement to the crinkled tube radiator when the ball underneath suspension is used, but this may vary if further radiators were used. The ball underneath crinkled tube radiator does not give a good enough result however, and I think we ought to run at least 15 hours without leaks, over 2" bumps. | ||
