EJJ/JV. from Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} c. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} 1209 Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}5/R.7.6.37. The petrol pump in the Experimental Garage is now getting worn out and obsolete, and takes two people to operate. As we supply petrol to the test beds and bumper, besides all our cars, a large quantity is pumped daily. We should be glad if you would obtain expert information on this petrol pump as soon as possible, so that some decision can be arrived at as to whether it is worth repairing, or whether a new pump should be fitted. Personally, we consider that the job warrants an electric pump. Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} | ||
