I would like to have some warning from you if and when you decide that the above damping scheme represents a sufficient improvement on our present design to justify us attempting to bring it in. My reason for asking for advice as early as possible is, that we will have to get tools ready, pass the scheme through to wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}after tool designs have been produced, to obtain an estimate, and then further obtain an estimate for material. All this procedure eats up a considerable amount of time.
