THE SOCIETY OF MOTOR MANUFACTURERS & TRADERS THE MOTOR TRADE ASSOCIATION Our Ref: KMff/INL. Your Ref: 25th October 1921. Messrs. Rolls Royce Ltd., Nightingale Road, Derby. Dear Sirs, You will no doubt be requiring an Electric Horn for your 1922 Models. We would like to submit to you, for test purposes, our Cat. No. 11070 Model "G" as illustrated on page 2 of the enclosed list. This model is now used as standard equipment on a large number of English Cars, and is giving every satisfaction. We believe it to have the lowest current consumption of any horn on the market 1.3 to 1.4 amperes, which, combined with reliability, tone, absence of attention required, and exceedingly low price for equipment purposes, make it a most desirable horn for the Car Manufacturer. If you would favour us with your orders for a minimum and maximum quantity for your season's requirements, we shall be pleased to quote you a special low price of 16/6d. each complete with flexible wire, Tip Top Button, bracket etc., as illustrated on page 5 of our enclosed list, or quote you for any other model that you may prefer. As mentioned the current consumption of our Horns is very low, and that of the motor driven type, Model "M" is only 1.5 ampere. We would also draw your attention to our Tip Top Buttons illustrated on page 5 which are in general use. Trusting we may hear favourably from you advising what voltage and type you require for testing. Yours faithfully, For The BENJAMIN ELECTRIC LTD.
