86153 C. From Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst.11/MA.21.3.35. Whilst at Messrs.E.K.Cole's Works yesterday I was told that the Philips radio people were telling everyone that Messrs.Rolls-Royce had said that their radio set was the only one approved. This of course is far from the truth and I think you will agree that you will wish to take immediate action to prevent this sort of think happening. The Ekco set is the only one which, as far as our tests have gone, we could recommend our customers to fit and it is British made entirely whereas Philips radio is Dutch and Philco American.
