To BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} from Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} c. to Wd.{Mr Wood/Mr Whitehead} R.F.C X3456 C RECEIVED SEP 28 1920 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/LG27.9.20. We believe we are using some of the aero engine rubber joints on the car engine. We find, for instance, that the rubber joint at the bottom of the radiator does not last nearly as long as the one at the top. We consider that the rubber joint made to the A.I.D. specification does not in any way compare with the ordinary rubber hose we used to buy for our cars. We consider that we should immediately stop the use of the aero engine hose. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
