Dear Mr. Robotham,

Referring further to my letter dated the 7th September, this will advise you that due to unforeseen circumstances our Assistant General Manager, Mr. Spurrier Junr., and myself will not be able to visit your Works on the 25th as previously indicated.

Would you, therefore, please be good enough to advise me whether it would now be convenient for us to visit you on either Friday, the 2nd or 9th October.
