Since the alteration to the control brush, the Lucas machine on the chassis is behaving satisfactorily. In the meanwhile, we have had a visit from the Rotax representative. Evidently they misread our specification, as they attempted to produce an output curve as nearly in accordance with our figures as possible, instead of making the curve the best that can be done to be everywhere above our figures, as was intended. They say they can do this and give us a very much better curve, if we care to give them an opportunity of sending along another machine. EFC. | ||
