Cx.{Major Len W. Cox - Advertising Manager} From Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst.5/MA.28.5.35. LUCAS P.100 HEADLAMPS. We discussed this matter fully with Mr.Thacker and the result of the discussion was that Messrs.Lucas would undertake to modify all our lamps as required, i.e. when cars came in for repair, and the question of charges was left for further discussion with Roy.{Sir Henry Royce} and Mr.Robinson of Messrs.Lucas. We suggested that we should pay for the fitting of the strengthened dipper bracket and they would pay for the other modifications and we belive this will be the ultimate arrangement arrived at.
