X6107 SECRET. R. {Sir Henry Royce} from Da. {Bernard Day - Chassis Design} c. Sg. {Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} Wor. {Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} c. By. {R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} Hy. {Tom Haldenby - Plant Engineer} Dal/M5.2.31. JAPAN 3. BATTERY & SUSPENSION. Herewith we send print of Nl sc. 3213 - Battery and Suspension. We wish to move the brake cables further in to make room for the new shock dampers and so suggest that a battery arranged with cells in line should be used this being appreciably narrower than the present arrangement, as well as electrically better. There is no difficulty about getting a battery so arranged. Da {Bernard Day - Chassis Design} | ||
