Dear Sir,

Replying to your letter of February 19th. It is perfectly true that in 1934 and 1935 the engine in Hall's car was a 3½ litre, and that in 1936 it was a 4¼ litre. In every case however, the same chassis was used, merely the engine being changed over.

In the 1936 race Hall's practice car was another 4¼ litre, which he fitted with the body and wings which had been used in the 1934 and 1935 races.

He fitted B.35.AE with a new body and wings as well as the 4¼ litre for the 1936 race.

Yours sincerely,
