Correction to flywheel material specification and a note on tooth width for the American chassis starter.

Would you kindly note the material for this part should be .3% carbon steel heat treated before the gear cutting operation. Incidentally, I might mention that in the scheme of the final information required for the American chassis engine starter, we shall shew the teeth on the flywheel narrower than given on scheme LeC.1155.
