Introduction of a lightened clutch for Phantom cars and the dispatch of hydraulic shock absorbers.

I have consulted Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} (BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} is away) and we see no reason why R-R Inc. should not, in the same way, use up their existing material before changing to the new lightened clutch.
