Complaint case

As you are aware , we had to send a man to Aix-les-Bains to attend to the above car which the owner said was badly overheating etc...

Our man has now returned from Aix-les-Bains after having fitted the latest type (more efficient) radiator which you sent from Works direct to the owners address in Aix-les-Bains.

As you are undoubtedly aware there is some very stiff climbing in the vicinity of Aix-les-Bains.

We attach a copy of our mans report which you will find self explanatory.

We have written to 'H' fully upon the matter attaching a copy of our report.
