We have concluded tests on No.1 unit fitted with Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}44 camshaft which is designed to delete the use of silent tappets.
Will you please remove this camshaft on the test bed, and fit into No.10 unit which is in the shop and is later to be fitted in 33-EX.
In conjunction with the fitting of the camshaft the tappet plunger return springs should be removed from the underside of the plunger.
Replace the standard camshaft in No.1 unit on the bed.
