Dear Sirs,

We have been running a set of your dampers on one of our experimental cars. We have no complaint to make regarding the efficiency of the dampers, but we have experienced rather a lot of trouble with liquid leaks from the control unit. These leaks come from the threaded portion of the unit where the end cover screws over the piston. We should like to know whether you have experienced similar trouble in service, and whether you have any solution.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
