SLIPPER FLYWHEEL-FRICTION DISCS.

Further to our memo By10/J4.10.27., we have now received some friction discs in cotton duck of 16 oz. and 21 oz. weight.

I am handing the discs in question to Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} in order that he may try same as per E's memo E2/M29.9.27.
