- 2 - Ugh/EM.5/GH.21.12.39. Continued:- I propose with your agreement to give them a small batch say 25 camshaft bars, which, if acceptable to our Laboratory we would put through machining in the normal way, in order to demonstrate whether open hearth steels are suitable for the point of view of quality. Since they specialise in difficult steels by High Frequency melting, I have interest them in our valve steel of which they have already had some experience. I have given them complete information as to our requirements, and they will submit samples shortly. CgH{W Clough}/EM | ||
