Mr. A. {Mr Adams} J. {Mr Johnson W.M.} Ashdown,
21 Barton Road,
Letchworth, Herts, England.

Dear Mr. Ashdown:-

I recently used the Ashdown Rotoscope which I purchased from you to observe the fuel mixtures in a glass intake manifold of a Buick automobile engine that was being operated in a demonstration before the United States Federal District Court here in Cleveland in connection with a litigation involving an intake manifold patent. Mr. Claude E. {Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} Cox, Director of the Commercial Engineering Laboratories, 4612 Woodward Avenue, Detroit, exhibited considerable interest in the instrument and I have given him your address and that of your Sales Agent, Autocar Auxiliaries, Limited. He may write you about purchasing one of these instruments.

Yours very truly,
FRANK L. SESSIONS.
