CHASSIS B.119.HM.{Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs}

Thanks for your Pk/2.11.38. We suggest that slipping, if it really existed, may have been due to the thrust bearing housing sticking on the sleeve on which it slides, or pedal up on footboard.

There does not appear to have been any reason to change the plate and return it to W., and we understand it will be used on another car.
