400 To IMW.{Ivan M. Waller - Head of Chateauroux} from Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}9/MH.{M. Huckerby}8.8.38. DRIVING IN COMFORT ON B.III. We want you to make a particular study of driving comfort on B.III. We are prepared to make any modifications necessary to the position of the brake and accelerator pedals. We should also like you to ride in various other cars, such as the Wolseley mentioned in the attached article, and see whether you can make any recommendations to Park Wards with regard to the shape of the driving seats. We should also like to know whether you consider that the adjustment provided in our steering column is sufficient to make both a short and tall person comfortable in the seat when driving.
