X.3834 RE TOOL KIT. As an alternative for the tool kit for the car, I think we might arrange to get the tools easily stowed in a two-fold satchel instead of a three-fold. This could be fitted with handles like a bag, and would be easier to lift out and open. This would be somewhat after the style of a brief bag as recommended by Sir Hercules Langlish. Considering the increase in handiness and the fact that it ought not to take more than half the leather, I am sure it would be worth while experimenting with. The present arrangement is unhandy, and requires too much ground to lay it out; it is irritating. I should be glad to know that the present folder, at the present price of leather, costs.
