We want to make it a rule that everyone who goes outside furnishes a daily report. This need not be a very long report, but we want to be able to justify the visit and the expense. This of course will apply to Mr. Walker, or any of the other Supervisors. I think the people on sub-contract work should be asked to send in daily reports. This could be on a certain Form, and the amount of work required to fill it in would be very little. | ||
