Dear Sirs,

Further to our telephone conversation of this morning, we have to-day despatched to you by passenger train two clutch driven plates which we require chromium plating to a depth of .005" over the friction surfaces.

We trust you will treat one of these as a very urgent matter, and would like you to send us a telegram saying when we can expect delivery.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
