Phantom II Cylinder Head.

Will you please carry out the following alterations to standard cylinder head of No. 7 unit :-

Machine .100 + 10 - 5 off face of cylinder head.

Remove valve guides and machine to suit fitting of inner valve springs to E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} 34350.

Rebuild head without felt and bottom spring washer with inner E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} 37610 spring and outer standard Phantom spring.

The above has already been carried out on the large valve head.

Pistons for P.II.

Would you please also provide a set of pistons finished without either split skirt or sawcut at top to the dimensions shewn on V.1117 attached. these have proportional clearance to our aero engine pistons and are to be employed on piston friction tests.
