We would like you to agree to us spending a small amount of money per annum on Technical Journals and Publications. We consider it is almost as valuable that we should have records of developments by other people, as having results of our own tests. We wish to gradually build up a small Technical reference Library. With regard to the Technical Journals, we wish to have these supplied for Experimental Dept. use because our intention is to cut out the articles of interest and have them filed.
