DERBY.

Dear Mr.Robotham,

I have just received impression of Mr.Arrowsmith's letter to you of the 26th September calling for details of your flex length requirements which information was, of course, conveyed in yours of the 23rd received on the 25th September and which I passed on to him immediately by memo. In the circumstances I must apologise for the fact that Mr.Arrowsmith should have bothered you.

I am glad to learn from A.T.'s letter that you have already sent along three of the six instruments promised and you will have gathered that the necessary work is in hand.

Sincerely yours,

Charles W.Emonds
