With reference to our memo Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/AFM.{Anthony F. Martindale}12/AP.2.3.37. in which we asked you to order 4 Phantom III front drum castings in Lepaz, these castings have arrived but are scrap due to blow holes.

Will you please hold up payment until the drums are replaced, or the order cancelled.
