Châteauroux.

We have tried the supply of oil to the cylinders starting up from cold. The time taken from pressing the starter button for the oil to apper was approx. one fith of a second, pratically instantaneous. We have tried leaving the extra oil again for half an hour with no observable faults, examination of the plugs after the run showed that oil had been burnt on the points of the battery plugs only. The steering of the car is not improved by using the standard wheels on the front. The joggles are the same. A noticable feature is the steering is less inclined to self centre. We have heard from Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} and have sent him a report. We require more damping for t the upward movement on the front. We shall test this when convient. We have cured the front brakes from squeaking tempory will let you have the particulars later when verefied.
