In connection with the Ministry of Transport's new scheme for prohibiting the operation of electric horns after 11.30 pm. in certain districts, we suggest it is necessary for us to arrange on our cars a small switch on the instrument board connected in series with the horn supply so that drivers can switch off and thus avoid inadvertent operation of the same during the safety zone period.
