EFC2/ADEO.8.30 contd. -6- to revert to 5° or perhaps 10° helical teeth with, as in the above case, absolutely sharp edges. It has generally been considered there should be a slight advantages with the slightly helical teeth, one of which is the greater ease of getting out of engagement quickly. It is possible however, that such an experiment would involve a change in the main control spring. EFC. | ||
