Imperial Airways do not appear to have been fair in this case. The seat was reserved by our Paris Office. Imperial Airways refused to book the seat to Rolls-Royce Paris; they also refused to give me a rebate at the time I paid cash, but told me that I should be able to get it if I applied officially. The matter was dealt with through one of their staff at Le Bourget. In view of these facts I do not see how they can refuse a refund.
