Confirming our discussion on this subject, it was agreed that the following project might be followed for B.50:- Controls Eliminated. (1) The Mixture Control will, in any case, be deleted from the column. It is hoped to use an automatic control, or, failing this, a dashboard control as at present schemed by McStay. (2) The Ignition Control has been dispensed with already. CONTROLS RETAINED. (3) The Hand Throttle Control will remain at the top of the column. (4) The Ride Control will remain at the top of the column. CONTROLS ADDED. (5) The Trafficator will be included at the top of the column. If, after these controls have been provided for it is found possible to put a hand-operated dipping switch on the column as well, this will be considered. Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} | ||
