Phantom 3 Ignition Timing.

Referring to your memo Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/FD.{Frank Dodd - Bodies}3/KW.11.7.35, I am fully in agreement with you that some improved method of timing should be provided on the ignition gear, the cam on the taper that we have used for so many years being now inadequate for our requirements.

We will accordingly put in hand a scheme for dealing with this by providing an adjustment for rotating the distributor head.

E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer}
