86004. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst.3/MA. 19th January, 1934. Messrs.S.Smith & Sons Ltd., Cricklewood Works, London, N.W.2. Electrical Rev Counter. Dear Sir, During the visit of the undersigned to your works last week it was understood that you had made a number of improvements to the above instrument. The existing instrument we have at our works has a very large temperature variation and is therefore useless for our requirements. We also require a larger dial with more extended scale. We are therefore returning our sample instrument and generator to you, and we should be glad if you will submit for test in its place one of the new pattern instruments more suitable for our requirements. Yours faithfully, FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED. | ||
