The failure of an aluminium bonnet fastener bracket on a Bentley and a request for its correction.

GWH.{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} reports as follows - "One of the aluminium brackets with the bridge piece, which the bonnet fasteners hook on to, broke away during this morning's run". We cannot understand quite why this piece has been made in aluminium; on our previous cars they were of steel, as also was the model lent to us by the Remax people.
