To Da.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}. from Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} c. Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} c. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Std. 666 Da{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}/Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}1/N.4.1.39. 30.G.Vll - Radiator. We have now been able to ascertain that the length of the headlamp support tube measured from the base of there forging on the yoke to the tube end should be 10.500 inches. This allows a reasonable amount for cutting off by the coachbuilder to accommodate wing variations. We note that 30.G.Vll. chassis has been fitted provisionally with B.5. tube lengths, but these will need to be changed before the chassis is sent to Messrs. Park Ward & Co. Will you please instruct the necessary detail to be made. Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} | ||
