Contd. -2- Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/AJL1/T9.11.26. The absence of the necessity for lubrication during service is a very great disadvantage. Any modification that reduces the number of points to be lubricated during service must necessarily be greatly appreciated by the car-buying public. Compared with our own type of joint, the American Mechanics Joint is smaller, simpler and from its construc-tion, less costly. We are continuing to run this cardan shaft on 9-GIII.
