S/W. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} X4117 CWB12/GM/3.10.27. SPRINGING. Thank you for your Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}2/LG1.10.27. I am glad to hear that you have actually ordered some 10-EX type springs for 65-EF. I think it an/excellent idea that they should be tried on one of your own closed bodies before fitting them to 65-EF. You understand that 65-EF. will not be available now for the purpose of fitting and trying these springs until after the Show as it is at present in the hands of coachbuilders for renovation and is not likely to be free until it will actually be required for work at the Motor Show. This car is now fitted with Hartford Shock Absorbers at the rear. [Signature] CWB. | ||
