Dear Mr.Sidgreaves,

re Body Costs.

Further to your letter of the 18th instant, I have now discussed this matter with Mr.Ward & Mr.Honeyman.

Your requirements are quite clear, and we agree that it will require the combined attention of Mr.Green and one of our own people under the supervision of Mr.Ward to produce the information called for.

We intend to detail Giles to work with Green and we welcome the suggestion that he should go to Derby for a day or two to get acquainted with the Rolls-Royce system of costs and quantity schedules.

We would like a few days' notice of when Giles should go and to be told to whom he should report.

As Mr.Robotham is now dealing with the body project perhaps he would make the necessary arrangements with Mr.Green who is, I believe, employed by Rolls-Royce in a consulting capacity.

Yours sincerely,
for PARK WARD & CO.LTD.

(Sgd) C.Falconer.
Director & Secretary.
