We believe it is intended that the springs forthis car should have some form of interleaving together with gaiters which will exclude dirt.

Will you prepare for us sufficient data concerning the rear springs to enable us to ask the spring makers for a detail drawing of the spring and clips bearing in mind Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}'s. request that we should save 25% of the weight of the spring compared with those we are getting for B.V. by the use of fewer plates.
